Very relieved to see that the item was the correct storage and ram model when it arrived. The packaging wasn't great, arrived with a small tear in the bubble-envelope thing, which should have probably been fine but there are a few dents in the machine - hard to tell if they are due to the packaging or just the condition of the refurbished item, but no biggie the macbook definitely works. Unfortunately also received a space grey model, not silver like the one I had purchased :( Id keep in mind purchasing this specific listing is a dice roll, considering the other reviews

I hope you will take my advice to never, ever, ever purchase "refurbished" items from Best Buy. This has been the most exhausting purchase experience ever. Just save yourself the stress, time, energy and either purchase new or (better yet) purchase elsewhere. Refurbished means used and uninspected, shipped to you with a "hope it works, good luck!"

Bought a used MacBook Pro M1, and I love it. No scratches, just like brand new.

the unit arrived with 82% battery health which is expected but whether prefer something newer, with better capacity

This is a rock-solid performer and a great refurbished deal. Came without any major blemishes and was clean. About 140 battery cycles. I'm confident that I will get more than a few yours out of this.

I lacks 10-15% on single core from the latest M4, but the multicore performance is slightly better than M4. Plus given a huge 1TB storage, the price is absolutely a steal.

I ordered Geek Squad Certified Refurbished MacBook Pro 14" Laptop - Apple M1 Pro chip - 16GB Memory - 1TB SSD - Space Gray. After I opened the box I saw samsung travel charger and $2 cable. I talked to customer service right away and being told that I can go any Best Buy store and exchange with apple charger. I went to San Marcos, CA Best Buy store but they told me they cant exchange charger so they gave me 2 options either I have to pay $80 to get charger or I have to return whole order. Long story short, I returned the product right away and will not shop from Best Buy anymore. its your decision to order Geek Squad refurbished macbook but I wouldn't recommend.

Not 10-core cpu and 1 TB storage but 8c cpu and 512 GB storage. If the geek squad cannot even make the specs right, how can you trust them to refurbish a computer.

Dead on arrival. Be aware that online returns must be started online - in store, they'll try to give you store credit.
