My experience -purchased my 1TB MacBook Pro - received it yesterday - instead of 1TB it has 512 GB. Same serial #. If they get the size of the HD wrong - I am wondering what else was missed with this geek squad assessment ? The laptop looks ok. Spent about 2 hrs on the phone. No resolution except to return at local bestbuy. Drove 45 mins, GeekSquad agent there told me they do not accept returns in the store for refurbished laptops. and I have to ship it instead. On the hold for about 22 minus so far to speak with someone to get this shipped back. NOTE - all geek squad certified laptops DO NOT qualify for my total protection. Quality of the laptop is ok. 130 Cycles on battery. Works fine so far.

So far this refurbished laptop has been great! Magsafe power supply it came with is a little beat up but connects & charges fine and have had no problems with the laptop itself

Give me the wrong model, 500gb instead of 1tb but still works perfectly

I managed to buy it at a good price. That was excellent. The MacBook is the best I've ever had.

This is a good price but it’s such a gamble. Mine came in great condition, except it had a cheapo dollar store charger, 80% battery, and a non-functional Touch ID sensor.

Skeptical but arrived in good condition, battery cycle was about average but for the peice cant complain

This is a rock-solid performer and a great refurbished deal. Came without any major blemishes and was clean. About 140 battery cycles. I'm confident that I will get more than a few yours out of this.

I hope you will take my advice to never, ever, ever purchase "refurbished" items from Best Buy. This has been the most exhausting purchase experience ever. Just save yourself the stress, time, energy and either purchase new or (better yet) purchase elsewhere. Refurbished means used and uninspected, shipped to you with a "hope it works, good luck!"

Very relieved to see that the item was the correct storage and ram model when it arrived. The packaging wasn't great, arrived with a small tear in the bubble-envelope thing, which should have probably been fine but there are a few dents in the machine - hard to tell if they are due to the packaging or just the condition of the refurbished item, but no biggie the macbook definitely works. Unfortunately also received a space grey model, not silver like the one I had purchased :( Id keep in mind purchasing this specific listing is a dice roll, considering the other reviews
