    It does good with online, but makes a loud noise when trying to run a disk, and says there is an issue. Which is a shame.

    we had to return the item 3 times, but on the 3rd try, it came right, and works great.. customer service were exceptional in all my concerns and made everything right.

    Cannot give review as I have not received the product yet and federal express told me they will not give any updates if they will ever ship the product to me. It’s been a few weeks now with no one to talk to at all.

    I ordered a refurbished PS4 but the disc drive was defective and wouldn’t take in discs. The packaging was weak and I was surprised this unit was marked as refurbished. I had to return it after waiting a long time for delivery. Quality control needs improvement.
