    I attempted to start the refurbished PS4 and received a message that said "Cannot start the PS4. Cannot access the storage system.". I had to return it.

    It does good with online, but makes a loud noise when trying to run a disk, and says there is an issue. Which is a shame.

    It arrived with a broken HDMI port. When attempting to have geek squad fix it, we were advised it would just be better to return it so we did. We did not order another one. Highly disappointed in how we were treated at the store and how the product arrived.

    we had to return the item 3 times, but on the 3rd try, it came right, and works great.. customer service were exceptional in all my concerns and made everything right.
