    Cannot give review as I have not received the product yet and federal express told me they will not give any updates if they will ever ship the product to me. It’s been a few weeks now with no one to talk to at all.

    I ordered a refurbished PS4 but the disc drive was defective and wouldn’t take in discs. The packaging was weak and I was surprised this unit was marked as refurbished. I had to return it after waiting a long time for delivery. Quality control needs improvement.

    Bought on Black Friday for kids for Christmas. Had a few scuffs but I expected as much from a refurbished system. Figured since it is Geek Squad Refurbished it would work though. Worked for about 2 hrs then started making noises and stopped reading discs. Chat support was no help. Just said to take to a store for a refund as they are out of stock. I guess that’s the chance you take with refurbished.

    I purchased this for my daughters house warming. I could have bought on other online sites. But the other sites where not Best Buy and the other sites were not refurbished by the GEEK SQUAD. I own a few Qeek Squad refrerbished items one being a flat panel TV and I've never have had any issues issue. So felt sure in knowing my daughter would also have no isuues.
