I knew it was refurbished, but did not expect age inappropriate games to be on the PlayStation and no idea how to get them off, so she’s unable to play her new PlayStation.

The controller that came with it has a button that sticks but I ordered another controller and this time I opted for the insurance repair or replacement plan. I definitely recommend the insurance plan.
