Came terribly packaged and box was destroyed. There was no HDMI cable and the controller was defective. Console seems to work now after purchasing new controller, but it was pretty banged up. Went through Best Buy refurbished because I trusted the geek squad vs other companies. Very disappointed, I expected more from Best Buy.

It works. Though it says error sometimes during a game but restarts just fine.

Works really well for buying refurbished. Bought on sale and im very satisfied with my purchased. The fan does start to spin with the higher games, as would any other console/gaming device. Definitely worth it. My one downside is that it came with only 1TB of storage, and with how big games are now, you have to buy an external hard drive.

Bought a refurbished PS4 pro for my daughter as a gift for Christmas and it was a total let down. Ruined her whole Christmas honestly. Despite some reviews that mentioned they recieved just a PS4 with no cords or controllers I ordered it anyways because a majority of reviews said it arrived with everything and in great condition. Unfortunately we weren't the lucky ones. It arrived with everything but a power cord. So needless to say my daughter was very excited to play her new PS4 and couldn't for 2 days till a cord was ordered and arrived from amazon. Then once turned on the console was sooo slooow it took her 5 hrs to sign into her PS account. I thought I was doing her a favor getting a PRO top notch of the ps4 but honestly our old slim runs better and faster than that. Then the cherry on top, the PS4 was soo loud while it was running it was driving her crazy. We couldn't do it. It had to be returned. It was all a waste of time and money honestly. I wouldn't chance buying refurbished.

It arrived on time and Everything worked as it should they sent the wrong power cord but they switched it out at the store the had it labeled as refurbished instead of just used i dont think they did anything to it and it was very dusty when it arrived but nothing was wrong with it

You would not think this was a used item. Download speed is amazing it comes in great condition as well. Comes with a controller as well.

Let me start by saying the console is perfect. This was wonderful. My only reason for removing a star was the packing. All of the pieces were just laying in there with one small piece of bubble wrap. Not sure how it survived shipping like that.

Item works. But was sent with wrong power cord and no HDMI cable, which was supposed to be included. I had to order the correct power cable and a HDMI cable from Amazon.

Works well and came with all the necessary components. Came in great condition. Taking one star off because pick-up was delayed several days.

I actually received my refurbished PlayStation 4 pro today and the playstation is working good and it’s in a good condition , but the controller was in a terrible condition , actually the controller was dusty and the R2 button was not working at all , I think I liked the condition of the playstation but best buy must find a solution for these terrible controllers that they send with the PlayStations

It was pretty good there is no orignal box but the cords and everything come with it. I was kinda disappointed when it said that there was a headset and I didn’t get one and the controller was red

The worse experience ever. Package was beaten up when arrived… opened it up just to find out an old PS4 model with 500Gb. The controller missing several buttons and cracked up (literal trash) and not only that when connected to my TV the console didn’t even have an operative system installed so it wasn’t even operational. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT ONLINE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
