Randomly shuts off

It is loud and randomly shuts off stating that the unit is too hot. I was going to return it but apparently the return window was less than 30 days and I have had it almost 3 months. Do not buy a refurbished unit from Best Buy! Not sure who “refurbished” it but it is not worth the money nor the headache.

Terrible support service, didn’t work when receive

First is it was refurbished but didnt come with geek squad protection. The controler was broken right off the bat. And for the amount o spent on it it should have all worked... i usually dont have these types of provlems with my purchases.

It’s now froze (safe mode) and we’ve tried everything and can’t get it to work. Other than that he loves it and the game!
