Received replacement PS4 Pro as the last one was defective. This machine looked better than the previous in terms of wear and tear. I was very disappointed that I received the wrong power cord for the pro. Figured I'd call customer service and notify them of the discrepancy. Rep told me to go to the local Best Buy and they would be able to replace the power cord. Well as luck would have it, they told me i needed to contact Bestbuy.com for a replacement. Contacted customer service, again. I was explained that i would have to send the whole machine back for an exchange. I asked just for a power cord? Yes, that's what I would have to do. So much for Geek Squad Certified and Best Buy Customer service. This was a birthday gift and this has been delayed. I know Best Buy probably doesn't read these reviews but i still need a power cord.

It arrived one day early. The shipping box was in good shape. It had all the packing it needed. The controller, charging cable and HDMI neatly laid out. The console nestled nicely in the packing. The console was securely protected. Console itself has three small scuffs I can't even see unless it's held up to sunlight. No previous history so set up was as if brand new. Then off to the game. WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TOO??? Now I'm not a "super gamer" so if the controller is a nano second slower than it should be I'll never notice. I couldn't be more satisfied with this purchase!

I am really impressed with the Ps4 Pro. I am a ps3 guy and I must say that ps4 pro is very consumer friendly at the moment. Pros: 179.99 usd Came 90 Percent Complete worked right out of the box ps store has good sales many 3rd party accessories as seen in the photo. Looks great on my 86 inch LG TV (also bought from Best Buy) Cons: refurbished (IT WORKS) no official ps4 pro box red controller (IT WORKS) not as good as a pc (179.99 usd though :P) Overall I am really happy with the purchase. I might get another one if they put it on sale again. for Equal or lesser value.

Received my PS4 Pro console and all cables. It is working as it should. Received clean physically. Box was inside a bigger box with bubble padding. No damage. Specs on ps4pro are much better than standard. Was happy to find this sale and not shell out full price $ for a new ps5 pro. I wanted to play GTA5 and Need for Speed. Great value with purchase sale of half off. Top notch ps4 pro model.

It came with everything, cords, controller, and the console. Was packaged nicely. It was so easy to set up as well! I have been using this console for 1-2 months now, at first the ps4 was a little buggy and it was loud, but then a week later it seems to be quiet and not laggy at all. I love it! but I dont know why it just started getting quiet and not laggy anymore, I didn’t do anything to it.

First of all the ps4 pro came in terribly packaged the console looked like it had just been tossed in the box the bubble wrap was just on top of the console and the shipping box was almost opened. Second of all the ps4 was chipped from multiple areas and was missing the hard drive cover on the back. Third of all when I initially turned it on it started making a terrible grinding noise until i put a game in and 5 minutes later the console turned off by itself due to "overheating". Dont know how this system got approved by geek squad let alone checked properly. Only good thing i can say is that the return process was easy.

Someone seriously needs to teach whoever is working with/shipping these refurbished PlayStations how to package something to ship. I received my refurbished PlayStation 4 pro today and was shocked at how it was packaged. There is no way this thing didn’t get slammed around in the delivery truck. I did connect it and it seems to work fine, any hopefully it will keep working ok. It was in an oversized box with very little protection. Actually 2 of the air pockets around it were popped when I opened it. This seems to be an issue several people have had and it needs to be addressed. I do not plan to order anything else refurbished from Best Buy!

PS4 a wonderful gift for my grand boy that’s five years old. He love this game. Wonderful price so thankful.

May be refurbished but works like new for a year now.

It was full of dust inside, for a refurbished console one would expect that they removed the dust at least.

Amazing customer service when I returned item in exchange for a new one

I received the console and I noticed that the box was in bad condition and was given the wrong power cord and it was also missing the headset and HDMI cable the console also had multiple stains and scratche but other than that it runs fairly well the controller feels relatively new and the console runs quite smoothly but I would not recommend this console unless you have some back up cables.

Works perfect! I recently purchased this electronic device and I’m very happy with it. Setup was quick and easy, and the quality feels solid. It performs well, works smoothly, and meets my expectations. Overall, it’s a great value for the price and I would recommend it.

Overall I have been enjoying this purchase and I knew when I bought it that it was refurbished so it want going to be perfect. However I also wasn’t expecting to have stick drift as soon as I turned it on. I contacted customer service online and they said there wasn’t much they could do online but if I took the controller in to the store I could get help. Well I went in store and they said that I would have to return the whole system without the guarantee of getting one at the same price and that they can’t just switch out parts. So I go no help and a controller that has such horrible drift it is unusable. Honestly the controller didn’t even looked cleaned and I had to clean it before I was willing to use it.

Unit arrived on time, packaging was so so. Controller was junk, all cables included, main body had minor scrapes and one rubber “x” missing on bottom. Ordered a replacement body from third party so the unit would look new. Upon opening the unit i immediately noticed dead roaches, those were not in the description as included accessories! I question if the unit was inspected at sll. On the positive side, it works.
