Worked fine, good condition, no compaints. Bought it to co-op certain games with myself on PS5.

It works. Though it says error sometimes during a game but restarts just fine.

Buying a “refurbished” console these days seems to be a gamble. Thankfully, this one was a win. Right out of the box, I noticed the outer shell and covers had minor, MINOR scuffs, a bit of dust around the edges, and a weird yellow substance in between the controller panels. HOWEVER It did come with an official DS4, stock power cable, an HDMI cord that did allow it to output in 4K, and, upon setup, ran nice and smooth. Tested it with The Last of Us Part II, and it ran like butter. Smooth, quiet, almost like a brand new console. If this is how Best Buy refurbishes their consoles, then maybe I’ll be back for a Xbox One soon.

Came terribly packaged and box was destroyed. There was no HDMI cable and the controller was defective. Console seems to work now after purchasing new controller, but it was pretty banged up. Went through Best Buy refurbished because I trusted the geek squad vs other companies. Very disappointed, I expected more from Best Buy.

It’s pretty solid got it for my bro makes the loudest airplane noises but that’s a ps4 for u besides that seems to work pretty well

I had to order 2 of these to get a decent one. The first one I received was filthy and definitely didn't look like it had been refurbished. It seemed to run ok, but as soon as you put any kind of load on it the fan went wide open and it sounded like a jet trying to take off! The 2nd one was much cleaner and runs much quieter. If they are all like the 2nd one I would recommend it for the $$$.

Works really well for buying refurbished. Bought on sale and im very satisfied with my purchased. The fan does start to spin with the higher games, as would any other console/gaming device. Definitely worth it. My one downside is that it came with only 1TB of storage, and with how big games are now, you have to buy an external hard drive.

The ps4 Pro is good doesn’t lag at all But it was dusty on the outside and inside i had to wipe it down and vacuum clean the entire system and the controller was a little beat up but other than that the system is good sometimes the fan kicks up playing big games other than that the fan is quiet

I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. Not only did I save a good amount of money going with a refurbished one, but it came in brand new condition. Very clean and no damage at all and it operates amazing. 100% recommend!!!!

Bought a refurbished PS4 pro for my daughter as a gift for Christmas and it was a total let down. Ruined her whole Christmas honestly. Despite some reviews that mentioned they recieved just a PS4 with no cords or controllers I ordered it anyways because a majority of reviews said it arrived with everything and in great condition. Unfortunately we weren't the lucky ones. It arrived with everything but a power cord. So needless to say my daughter was very excited to play her new PS4 and couldn't for 2 days till a cord was ordered and arrived from amazon. Then once turned on the console was sooo slooow it took her 5 hrs to sign into her PS account. I thought I was doing her a favor getting a PRO top notch of the ps4 but honestly our old slim runs better and faster than that. Then the cherry on top, the PS4 was soo loud while it was running it was driving her crazy. We couldn't do it. It had to be returned. It was all a waste of time and money honestly. I wouldn't chance buying refurbished.

It arrived on time and Everything worked as it should they sent the wrong power cord but they switched it out at the store the had it labeled as refurbished instead of just used i dont think they did anything to it and it was very dusty when it arrived but nothing was wrong with it

You would not think this was a used item. Download speed is amazing it comes in great condition as well. Comes with a controller as well.

Let me start by saying the console is perfect. This was wonderful. My only reason for removing a star was the packing. All of the pieces were just laying in there with one small piece of bubble wrap. Not sure how it survived shipping like that.

Item works. But was sent with wrong power cord and no HDMI cable, which was supposed to be included. I had to order the correct power cable and a HDMI cable from Amazon.

Works well and came with all the necessary components. Came in great condition. Taking one star off because pick-up was delayed several days.
