Wrong Cords

That being said, I haven’t been able to turn it on yet, but physically, it appears in good condition.

It came without the powe cord and when i went to the store they no longer have the power cords in stock. After i got the power cord From AMAZON the game worked great.

And i am currently enjoying playing on the ps4! For a refurbished playstation this one is working awesome!!

Plenty of packing material for safe shipping. Console was like new, controller was like new, cables clean and wrapped. All clean, near perfect conditon for used. Will definitely trust best buy with used material in the future.

So glad that I followed her advice and do. In the future before going to anywhere I will check out best buy.

Not Refurbished - Not Even Working

Had to buy a power cord for the PS4 pro that was to be provided. Tried for 8 hours and researched why the USB port would not syn up with console. Even tried restarting with safe mode. Its broken. They sold me a broken console & now it's not returnable. Ugh...

I didn't want to upgrade to the PS5 at the moment but I am very happy with my purchase.
