    Bought this online and was able to set it up, and download a game before it crashed. I went through all the steps in troubleshooting including updating software etc. After crashing it was stuck in safe mode unable to function. Was overall frustrating and disappointing. However, I had a consultation at my local Best Buy where the geek squad staff was beyond amazing and helpful. Can’t say enough good things about them. I ended up returning and getting another refurbished model. Have always had good experiences with in store staff and because of that felt confident enough to order another from Best Buy knowing the support is there.

    I was sent a defective controller and they wanted me to return the whole bundle. I ended up buying another 68 controller to save myself the hassle. Do not buy online bundles even though it says geek squad certificated because that should've been caught before shipping

    Awful. Product came extremely damaged. Immediately crashed and failed. Ordered a 1tb and received a 500gb

    PS4 arrived damaged and external casing was scratched to heck with a controller that had a broken thumbstick. Who certified this? I will have to make a return after I get back into town. This is horrible and I cant believe no QA was done on this. I was not gonna write this but I dont want anyone else falling for this kind of ba advertising. The item cam in an oversides brown box which was wrapped on the top and bottom really well. But not on the sides (likely why the main damage happened).

    During setup, the console booted up and I got to the home screen. I then started software update and my screen went blank and the unit went into BLOD. I tried everything to get it to power up again, such as switching out the HDMI cable and attempting to boot into Safe Mode but nothing worked.
