I was sent a defective controller and they wanted me to return the whole bundle. I ended up buying another 68 controller to save myself the hassle. Do not buy online bundles even though it says geek squad certificated because that should've been caught before shipping

PS4 arrived damaged and external casing was scratched to heck with a controller that had a broken thumbstick. Who certified this? I will have to make a return after I get back into town. This is horrible and I cant believe no QA was done on this. I was not gonna write this but I dont want anyone else falling for this kind of ba advertising. The item cam in an oversides brown box which was wrapped on the top and bottom really well. But not on the sides (likely why the main damage happened).

Had a roach in package and would not load. Kept restarting.

During setup, the console booted up and I got to the home screen. I then started software update and my screen went blank and the unit went into BLOD. I tried everything to get it to power up again, such as switching out the HDMI cable and attempting to boot into Safe Mode but nothing worked.

Ordered because it said certified refurbished. Arrived with masking tape around it, and no shipping protection on the top or bottom, just around the perimeter in the box (though no visible damage) with a game inside and overheated on day 1. Thankfully it happened soon enough and we can return it.

didn't Work, just something that happens with electronics. but Best Buy took care of it

Worked well for 2 months then shut off and will not turn back on. Customer support provided little help. Geek squad certified means nothing, I would avoid refurbished at all cost. I basically rented a PS4 for 3 months.

Sold to me with a dirty and non-functioning controller. Returned.

Bought this as a Christmas present, worked for about a month and is now useless. Brought to Geek Squad and was told because it's past 30 days nothing they can do for me. Now all I have is a useless machine that I guess wold work as a paper weight or book end

Not even five days after the controller stopped charging and won’t work then the PlayStation started vibrating and making noise and it was running hot

Like other reviewers indicated, ours arrived in disarray in a big box. Console has broken parts, etc. Completely unacceptable. Who was responsible for greenlighting this? Returning ASAP.

This console is no good it’s slow and crashes in returning it!

To my knowledge I was ordering a PS5 and turned out to be PS4. Received on Oct 18, 2022, and less than 30 days it's not returnable.
