Buyer Beware

Arrived with masking tape around it, and no shipping protection on the top or bottom, just around the perimeter in the box (though no visible damage) with a game inside and overheated on day 1. Thankfully it happened soon enough and we can return it.

Basically a rental

Customer support provided little help. Geek squad certified means nothing, I would avoid refurbished at all cost. I basically rented a PS4 for 3 months.

Not all contents were functional

I had to go in to the Geek Squad to figure out what was wrong, and eventually had to buy a brand new controller as they said it could not be exchanged.
