    Was kinda dinged up and the controller was broken when I got it had to spend 70 dollars for a new controller and this consol said 500 gb and it only comes with 350

    Purchased this as a Christmas present for my daughter. Opened up Christmas morning and she was very excited but after setting it up for her it will not turn on. Very disappointing to have Purchased something that is not working. Now she is upset and I have to deal with returning it and trying to get it fixed.

    BROKE WITHIN 6 MOS., THEY SAID SEND IT TO SONY...actually, they said no problem we'll fix it, gave me a geeksquad appointment and THEY said they won't touch it and don't know why bb com would send me there. Called back and they said either send it in to sony OR they could offer me a 15 consultation at geeksquad...even tho i had just been there. Grrrr

    The case of the console is broken. Cracked. Zero install instructions. Came in a box with wires and controller. I would think and expect a refurbished item is in good condition. Extremely disappointed
