    Turned on. Connected the cord for the controller. Port for the cord did not work to connect the controller. Returned the whole thing back to Best Buy. Not happy at all since this was a present. Not understanding how this is Geek Squad Certified but a big piece of the console wasn’t working. Disappointed to say the least.
