DO NOT BUY- Crapped out after owning for 5 months

It lasted not even 6 months and when I brought to geek squad for repairs, they sent it out and then sent back saying they couldn’t find the parts needed and we were out of luck. I am very disapointed and will never support Best Buy again. DO NOT buy this refurbished product.

Disappointing customer service
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this online and went to pick it up .... everything was fine until I realized that the game bundle was not included, I talked to the service support and they gave me a case and told me to check the box, I literally took it apart but it was not in the package, the support told me to print my invoice and that the store would give me the game. Surprise! I ran into the most rude, unfriendly and unfriendly customer service (BestBuy Bayshore), the answer: IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY RETURN THE CONSOLE I CANNOT HELP YOU, words of the customer service manager even telling here that the support had told me that they could and that I had an open ticket. .... at this point I wanted only for what I paid but I will really return everything and buy a new console in a place where they don't treat the customer like nothing.

Bad advertising
