PlayStation controller was not working properly and was difficult to charge

I bought this online and went to pick it up .... everything was fine until I realized that the game bundle was not included, I talked to the service support and they gave me a case and told me to check the box, I literally took it apart but it was not in the package, the support told me to print my invoice and that the store would give me the game. Surprise! I ran into the most rude, unfriendly and unfriendly customer service (BestBuy Bayshore), the answer: IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY RETURN THE CONSOLE I CANNOT HELP YOU, words of the customer service manager even telling here that the support had told me that they could and that I had an open ticket. .... at this point I wanted only for what I paid but I will really return everything and buy a new console in a place where they don't treat the customer like nothing.

Nephew loved this for christmas! The 1TB system works great and im glad i went with the refurbished version so i could get higher Storage

I spent good money on this (around $200) assuming it would be a nice gift for my sons birthday. It lasted not even 6 months and when I brought to geek squad for repairs, they sent it out and then sent back saying they couldn’t find the parts needed and we were out of luck. I am very disapointed and will never support Best Buy again. DO NOT buy this refurbished product.

I had gotten this for a gift and I had expected it to atleast come in the box but since its refurbished I got a box with the console and control with the wires just skewed around the box so if your getting it to gift i wouldnt reccomend but to upgrade to a better ps4 for yourself its cool

It’s works. It also came really dirty, a few scratches and with old tape adhesive residue across the entire front. No way to return this back to like new visually. That being said, Best Buy didn’t even try. They left dirt that easily wiped off in two seconds. Recommend if for personal, not as a present.

The only thing they sent me was a console. The cables, controllers nor headset was included. When I called them they couldn’t send me what was missing, they just told me to go to a nearest Best Buy to see if they had what was missing. When I told them that I wasn’t doing that, they hung up on me.

I should have read the reviews because what happened to me is exactly what the bad reviews said would happen. The unit was not refurbished. It is filthy, dirty, and smells like cigarettes. It only had 400 gigs of storage when it was supposed to have one terabyte. Pretty sad Best Buy. I really thought you guys would do better.

It was missing a cord for the controller but it works fine

My son loves his gamin system. It does not take up much room and the graphics are great on his tv.

Horrible product. Item was filthy upon arrival and shipped with zero protective packaging. My son saved up his money for this and I'm so disappointed. Item started glitching after two weeks and now it can't be returned. I'd rate it zero stars if I could. Save your money and buy new. Shame on you Best Buy.
