The system is amazing my problemnis the fact it is been checked over alleged by geek squad but yet within an hour of playing any gsme it overheats and shuts down i will be returning and getting a new one withkutbdisc drive and will just purchase drive at later daye

The PlayStation 5 is hands down one of the best gaming consoles available right now. The performance is lightning-fast, load times are nearly instant, and the graphics are stunning, especially on a 4K display. The DualSense controller is a real game-changer—it makes you feel the tension in a bowstring or the texture of surfaces in a way that pulls you deeper into the game. Add to that a strong lineup of exclusives like Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Demon’s Souls, plus backward compatibility with most PS4 games, and you’ve got a console that feels both fresh and familiar. That said, it’s not perfect. The storage fills up quickly, and upgrading it isn’t the most user-friendly process. Its large size can also make it tricky to fit into smaller entertainment setups. Still, those are small trade-offs for everything the PS5 does right. If you’re serious about gaming and want a system that feels truly next-gen, the PS5 is an excellent choice.

Everything came in without damage and works great was only missing the small screw to hold the stand in place so the playstation could sit vertically but i dont plan on displaying it like that so i was okay with it

The console works great, but the controller had stick drift within a week or two of use. The "90-day warranty" that supposedly comes from Sony did not help. Sony told me the item was out of warranty, despite the proof of purchase from a month ago. Overall, I recommend buying this if you can't get it from Playstation, but be warned that if you don't buy the Best Buy warranty, you may need to drop $80 on a new controller.

I was iffy about purchasing refurbished products in the past, mind changed when I wanted a ps5. With all the Google searching best buy caught my interest with a great price. I have no complaints, and if I decide to go with anything refurbished, it will be with best buy. Thank you!

I could barely tell it's refurbished, besides some very slight scuffs/smudges and the fact that it was packaged up in a plain box. Cables seem brand new, everything works.

A few blemishes, no factory packaging, but works perfectly. Exactly what I expected and very happy with my purchase. The only negative concerning my purchase was, the HDMI cable sent with the system was faulty and I had to go purchase a new one.

I bought this “refurbished” PlayStation as a gift for my little brothers 18th birthday, Best Buy sent the wrong console, I purchased a ps5 with a disk drive, when I received the console it was the digital version, so strike number one, I never plugged in the console, but from the outside it didn’t look refreshed, the console still had scuff marks and very clear magic eraser marks, strike two. Now with the incorrect console I call Best Buy’s customer service number, they told me I’m right, I shouldn’t have gotten a digital console and I should have gotten a physical edition. They provided me with a case number, and informed me I can go to my local Best Buy, and with a manager, I should be able to provide my case number and return the console and get the correct one. So later that day I went to Best Buy, told them my situation and told them i was given a case ID number for my situation, and that I should be able to get the disc drive console no extra charge. They never asked for my case number, instead they kept repeating themselves “we’re sorry but the only way to solve this problem is to trade in the console and pay the difference for upgrading to a disc console” over and over again, eventually I gave in and paid the difference, terrible customer service, i understand that it’s not my local gamestops fault for getting sent the incorrect console, but they should be in charge of solving that situation. I ended up paying 150 dollars more than I originally intended. Now the ps5 itself is a great console, if you’re debating between Xbox and PlayStation, I personally like the PlayStation more, but do NOT buy your PlayStation refurbished from Best Buy/ geek squad, they will send you the wrong console, make it feel like it’s your fault, then refuse to fix the situation until you just buy a different used console.

After buying a brand new console when they first came out and having nothing but problems with the console, I decided to replace it with a refurbished console from Best Buy and have not been disappointed. The kids have played for hours on in and it’s worked perfectly. I realize not everyone will have the same experience because these consoles can vary but I’m glad I just bought a refurbished unit instead of paying $200 more for a brand new one.

Very disappointed. Purchased this as a gift. When opened and tested the controller had drift. I called and was told I needed to take it to a store to be tested to find out whether it would be fixed or replaced. The closest store is an hour and a half away. I made an appt but got caught late in a meeting- when I called to see if I was okay to still come they told me to reschedule as they wouldn’t see me- so I did with the representative on the phone. When I got to my appt I was told that they don’t handle that in store and I needed to call. After explaining what I had experienced, they refused to assist me. I then called back to be told I was “outside” the time frame for them to assist me and there was nothing that could be done.

Best buy did amazing but not fedex paid for one day shipping and fed ex delayed my package and had my package for 4 days never delivering it always be on the truck but never be delievered im glad best buy packaged the ps5 good because the outside box was damaged badly from fed ex , be cautious buying not because of best buy but because of fed ex

Great Console, this is the first time I get a chance to play with PS5, actually this is my first game console and I love it, Graphics are great and the amout of games available is awsome,

As of right now, the PlayStation seems to be working good but when we received it, it had a big sticker on it a different color controller and I feel like at least try to clean up the product that you’re reselling

This delivered in a brown box with the console, power cable and a controller. Once the PS5 was set up, we tried playing a game. The controller had such bad stick drift that it was basically unplayable. Geek Squad replaced the controller but they did not have the matching color so now the controller is mismatched. Once we had a working controller, we started some heavy gaming. The PS5 would shut down in midgame after 20-30 minutes and there was no response from the power button. We would ahve to unplug and plug in the PS5 to get it to restart. We just did a thorough cleaning and it seems to be running better now. We should not have to clean a console that was supposed to be refurbished by Geek Squad. Overall I am very disappointed and will return the product if there are any more glitches.

It workes great and looks got but, there was s9me kind of stick adhesive ive been fighting getting off the co troller and console itself. If this iteam wasnt on sale i would not recommend considering the condition i got mine in

It showed up a little beat up with some tabs on the covers broken, but it works great and does everything it's supposed to

I received a scratched product with fingerprints on my PS5; it seems they were negligent when packing my PS5.

Works like new and they shipped it fairly fast I'm happy with the products.
