Don’t buy geek squad “certified refurbished” opened the box and roaches fell out nothing was cleaned or replaced. They didn’t refurbish anything, it looks like it came from a dumpster and was thrown in bubble wrap. I’ll be surprised if it lasts a few months. Absolutely disgusting

Missing parts I opened this item and it was missing the stand. It was supposed to sit on reached out to support. They told me there was nothing they could do for me to send me a stand told me to go into the store which was over an hour away from my home address attempted to call the store and nobody ever called me back after a request was put in

I picked this ps5 up at the store due to the other reviews. Now the box storing the ps5 is not the original box however it is protected with hard cardboard forming its shape with ibubble wrap encasing the system. The box did state fragile. I have had this system for 1 month. Not any real notice Cosmetic damage and everything functions as it should. It comes with a 10 day warranty then a 12 month warranty with PlayStation direct
