Scammers

But what I received was PS5 without a disc drive. Was told by online customer service to go to nearest Best Buy location and I’ll be taken care of. They told me they have one, said they couldn’t give me a full exchange and had to charge me $50 more. Then when I got home, I realized it was smaller, turns out they gave me a ps5 slim. Reached out and all they could really do for me is order another one but no guarantee it’ll be what I ordered. So in conclusion I was scammed and no one could help me.

Do not buy Refurbished

I can play for 15 minutes the it shuts off after that. Also it’s extremely dirty in the in side. I wish I could give this review zero stars. Worst $500 ever spent. DO BETTER BEST BUY!!!

Great console

And it loaded up like it was fresh out the box! I know that sounds silly to say it’s perfect but it literally was.. it scratched my TLOU 2 gaming itch

He was so excited to play with his friends. But then the PlayStation turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. He trouble shouted it but it won’t work.
