The only thing missing was the original box, which would've been trashed anyway. I am very pleased with this order and will absolutely look to Best Buy first in the future.

However, it makes up for it with the screen and kick stand. I got this as a gift for someone and they almost cried with joy. Thank you Best Buy for helping make someone’s day.

Unlike my other standard Switch, the fan is very quiet when I play handheld. This is a nice upgrade. Box was in rough shape, but everything else was pristine.

Refurbished but looks brand new

The system itself was pristine, however there were a few nicks on the box and the manual was missing. It works great for refurbished!

Best handheld/portable experience ever!

Screen is bigger, brighter, colors are VIVID! I didn't know I missed the Dock until I had one! Now I can finally play with my wife and anyone else who visits. OLED model is the one to get!
