Didnt even try to stert it up. Weird enough, it was the tiny controller that turned me off. It felt cheap even though i know its a gaming systen. Just hsd to return jt.

I bought refurbished switch console for my 10 year old. It worked out well. He is happy.

It’s depends on what piece they ship, sometimes you get lucky, sometimes it’s a bad piece. Mine was is worst condition, has markings, scratches and lot of dust. I guess that is to except when the item is refurbished.

Box was a bit worn: frayed edges, light scuffs…item contents was packaged like new…screen, joy-cons, and other parts were wrapped like new…

Item came with a defective joycon analog and a few scratches on both of teem, Everything else came in great condition, probably won’t order a refurbished item ever again.

Ordered a refurbished Red and Blue OLED Switch. I generally have good experiences with Geek Squad refurbished products but the Switch had a small crack just above center screen. This damage was not disclosed. This Switch was $15 more expensive than other ones, but with damage like that, should not have been at all, or at a very aggressive discount. I will continue to buy refurbs, it just didn’t work out this time.

Good game console it’s not amazing but it’s fun to play

Got it for my wife to replace her old wii U. Its a huge improvement. Games look close to ps4 quality.

This Nintendo Switch was a Certified Refurbished Console. Everything seems to be in mint condition.

The "refurbished" system came clumsily wrapped in bubble wrap. I only realized after installing games and a screen protector that one of the joy-cons was broken--the L3 button wouldn't push in. Despite the geek squad hardware warranty, Best Buy *couldn't* replace just the controller. In fact, they couldn't even exchange the refurb console for another refurb--they wanted me to buy a new one and pay the difference. Ultimately, they stole hours of my life from me and gave me a $20 credit--1/4th the price of a joy-con, I believe. Better than nothing, I guess.

The Nintento Switch device is great and the game also really good, but downside the game are really really expensive! The games availbility also not so easy!

Do not buy from Best Buy. Save yourself the trouble and buy your Switch from Nintendo, so you can have a warranty and better access to a support team and repairs. I bought this refurbished Switch for $350 and the Wi-Fi connection stopped working after a week; I had a few games so I kept playing, until I wanted to add more - turns out the entire board needs to be replaced ($120). This refurbished Switch does NOT come with any kind of warranty, the support team at Best Buy is terrible, they turned me away when I had no idea what to do. Please if you're considering buying this, go to Nintendo where you will have a warranty, refurbished products can be a scam. I spent $350 for a Switch that didn't work.

Not sure if it's a Nintendo thing or that it's refurbished but it barely ever connects to wifi which is required for most of the games. I bought it as a birthday present for my daughter so by the time we realized there was an issue, it was too late to return. Tried all of the troubleshooting. Spend hours trying to get it to work.

First why would you not clean the product before sending it, this includes the switch, charger dock, and the remotes. Second my would you nit package my produt properly you literally just threw it into a box and said its all good to go. The sound on the console is damaged making everything sound robotic when ever i use it.

Everything looked in brand new conditions only thing was it didnt come in the original box.
