Was expecting an refurbished nintendo switch, FedEx delivered an empty box be wary!!!

The reviews for the refurbished model were great, so I felt comfortable depending on them. Unfortunately, my switch had tons of errors and I could not get it to work after several factory resets. Ended up returning it and buying a new one. No issues with the new one. Fortunately, they offer a 14 day return policy.

Base failed after a few months. Next time i wont be purchasing anything used on bestbuy anymore. Previous owner poured juice or baby food inside it.

Came incomplete and one controller didnt work. Wish i would have checked during the 14 day return period because i couldn’t get my money back. Be VERY CAREFUL when you buy refurbished stuff

Very disappointed the charging port is no good not realizing there was only 14 days to return it called on the 15th day and they will no longer take it back

Screen has an obvious screen scratch which is significant. Everything else OK. Still considering returning, but price was good. We'll see.

Poor item, fails to send signal from console stand to TV 2 days after short warranty.

I assumed since this was certified refurbished it should have everything included in working condition. But the wristband band for both the joycons were missing.

Arrived in perfect condition, works great. Controllers are not drifting (for now, I think the joycon drift gets them all). OLED screen is fantastic! My legally blind friend could actually kinda see it!

I had a Switch Lite, but unfortunately shattered the screen recently - I got this as a replacement, and I couldn't be happier! The battery life is so, so much better, the screen is larger (and therefore in-game text is much easier to read), and the image seems sharper, too. It *is* noticeably heavier, which might be a problem for some people (it's even heavier than a regular switch), but I haven't had any issues with that.

okay... I was terrified when I ordered this. There is no way there is a $230 Nintendo switch OLED that was refurbished. When I opened the box I was expecting to see a broken screen and missing joycons. But instead, I found what looked like a brand new Nintendo switch OLED. EVERYTHING was there. The beautiful neon joycons and shiny new oled screen! I've been using it for a couple of days and it's amazing. DON'T HESITATE! BUT IT NOW!!!!!!!! "I bought it off a different best buy account so It might not say verified purchus, but I did buy it and you should as well/

I Bought used almost brand new. Works great with a bigger screen than the original version, which you think won’t make a difference, but it does.

If Best Buy has a refurbished version of the item I'm buying, I'll get the refurb item over a new one everytime! I've never had an issue with a refurbished item from BestBuy's Geek Squad, but if I did, I know 100% that they'd do the right thing and fix it (or replace it).

everything came in working order, no scratches. BUT the A button on the right controller came in a damaged state and i have to press hard for it to register the push instead of the normal light push.

I’ve had it for a few weeks now and so far the only indication that it was used was some wear on the box and a small scuff on the corner of one of the controllers. The device itself wouldn’t be distinguishable from new.

She’s refurbbed but beautiful and works like she’s brand new, I couldn’t ask for anything more!

Cant even tell that it was refurbished, works and looks as if it was brand new. Highly recommend getting one refurbished if you want to save some money!

The OLED refurbished Switch was only $10 more than the standard refurbished Switch. I was hesitant to buy refurbished, but I've had no issues since it's arrived.

Great Quality/Price ratio. Very happy with my Nintendo! I was doubtful at first because of the price but I see it now as an investment in leisure.

Love this little console. Can take the controllers of mine and go to the fiancee house and we play mario cart and be up most of the night playing
