Purchased this for my 6 year old for Christmas. I was a little hesitant purchasing a refurbished device but the device came in the same packaging as if it were brand new. All of the pieces were in tact and the game works perfectly. The price was also reasonable.

Bought certified Geek Squad refurbished and literally can't tell the difference. Great addition to family game night for parents and teenagers!

Works as expected and in like new condition. Hope that now my sons can play each other or their friends...

My kids love the portability of the system and the fact that you can hook it up to the television and play on a bigger screen. The graphics are good and so is the game selections.

of course this is the highest recommended items to keep your children busy, and off social media, there are many educational games too, so its not like a device its highly educational too!

You can't tell the difference between a new and refurbished switch. It works and boots up just like a brand new one. Finding a switch is very hard these days so going the "refurbished route" was my only option. My only complaint is that it did not come in the original packaging and instead came in a plain brown one. I'm giving this as a Christmas gift and although I don't think it matters that this is refurbished, it would have just been nicer to have the original box with the printing on it. (I'm also giving a refurbished switch lite as a Christmas gift and that came in the original packaging. Both gifts will be opened at the same time so not having the original box here hurts the surprise value.)

Great for the kids. This has seen a lot of use and is still working fine. No issues at all. Refurbished price made it more inviting while the quality is still there.
