I am extremely happy with my Geek Squad Certified refurbished Nintendo Switch OLED model. I purchased the Legend of Zelda Tears if the Kingdom special edition console . I cannot believe it is refurbished! The console is in excellent condition. The joysticks on the joycon controllers have very good tension. There were minor dings on the actual box but that was it. It appears and functions just like a brand new console. I was so happy I put ny faith in Geek Squad. This was a fantastic value. You will not be dissapointed!

Refurbished OLED Switch came & I was a little worried about it (was a Xmas gift) working properly. After charging it up I put it through the paces & everything worked great. Wasn't a scratch to be seen, device was in excellent condition. Controllers both worked proper & no stick drift issues. Box had some rough corners, but that was it. Glad I got the refurb & saved a few bucks! Plus kiddo is ecstatic, thanks Best Buy!

Showed up a day earlier than it said, looks brand new. Works flawlessly. Would recommend purchasing this instead of spending the almost $400 after tax for brand new one.

This Zelda print switch is gorgeous to look at I love it with its OLed screen it’s bigger than the original switch. Great graphics and play

I recently picked up the Nintendo Switch OLED Console in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition from Best Buy, and I have to say, it's been a surprisingly great experience. Despite my usual skepticism with refurbished items, this Geek Squad Certified Switch has really impressed me. The console arrived in great shape, and the Geek Squad certification gave me peace of mind about its performance. The OLED display is fantastic, and the special edition Zelda design in green looks sharp. It's clear that Best Buy and Geek Squad put effort into making these refurbished units top-notch. In terms of performance, the Switch is working smoothly. No issues or glitches—I'm getting the gaming experience I was hoping for. The Joy-Con controllers are responsive, and overall, it feels like a new device. The value here is hard to beat. I got a high-quality gaming console with a cool design, all at a much lower cost. This purchase has definitely changed my perspective on refurbished electronics. Best Buy and Geek Squad earned some points with me. If you're considering a refurbished item, I'd say give it a shot. I'm giving it five stars without any complaints!

As expected, all items were like new. There was minor wear on the backside but is negligible. Everything works as expected. This limited edition was a must have and saving a substantial amount off the retail price was a huge bonus. It doesn’t hurt that the manufacturers warranty remained intact. The only negative issue is that it isn’t eligible for protection plan. I was happy to get the original box; although, it was a bit battered and worn. This did not affect the product inside. I’ve wanted an OLED since they came out and the Legend of Zelda edition is a huge bonus. The art work on the console, dock, and joy cons are stunning. The larger screen makes a big difference when playing off the tele. If you’re worried about buying Geek Squad refurbished items; don’t be! I am very satisfied with the product!

I received a blemish-free, working product. Its just like a brand new Switch at a big discount! Also love the Zelda special edition look. If you're on the fence whether to buy the open box or a new in box unit, do yourself a favor and save the $60 and go with the open box!

I upgraded my switch to the zelda oled and was a little nervous about it being the refurbished one. I have had no problems with it, and i cant even tell it was refurbished. Its amazing

Practically new. I did receive a defective left joycon, but I submitted free warranty repair directly with Nintendo and got it back within 2 weeks.

Came quicker than was expected. All parts work perfectly and there was no damage or wear on the parts or packaging. Works as expected and is so lovely! Happy with my purchase

The console looks practically brand new but it did come a little dusty. I was lucky enough to purchase it in store, and was able to confirm that it came with all the original parts and that it was in good condition. Please make sure to test it before the return window. Note: it doesn't come with the game.

One of the best looking nintendo switches yet. Great performance, great quality, like how it looks. This is one of the best consoles devices that everyone needs to own. Despite the low storage capacity, this device allows for the installation of a sd card for more memory and more game play of your favorites games.

Was a little concerned about buying a refurbished switch, but it works fantastic! No issues, no scratches or loss of texture/color on the console or joycons. You would never know this switch was refurbished. All pieces that would normally be in a brand new box were there. Very very happy with this purchase.

I replaced my old Nintendo for this piece of art and you can tell the difference right away. Screen it's bigger, Battery last longer, Oled display and the kickstand actually works. If you can upgrade to this one do it
