Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited for this, I’d been waiting forever to get my hands on it, it was a “Geek Squad” certified refurbished item, however I could not play any of my games and it kept shutting off, unfortunately I tried to exchange it but they didn’t have any in stock but thankfully I was able to call Nintendo and they will be fixing and sending back out to me in just a few weeks. However if it was “geek squad” certified I wish I would have actually worked, I was super disappointed to be honest.
