    I ordered a refurbished item, trusting the Geek Squad Certified guarantee, however upon receiving this item, it does not power on. My family brought it to Peru where I live, where I was hoping to gift it to my 7 year old son for his birthday and it does not work. I am really disappointed by this purchase because I had heard refurbished items from Best Buy could be trusted. My son's brithday is in a couple of weeks and I now have no chance of making it on time. The only solution I see is to buy a new one in Peru, where it is more expensive, and lose all the money from this purchase. Open to hear any help Best Buy could provide, including a full refund for the console (the games I believe are fine as they came fully sealed).

    I got this thinking it would be just fine condition, but upon inspecting the back and the controllers, they were scratched thoroughly like a child had thrown that thing I deep clean for an hour, and it looked a little better but it

    I'm using my switch for a month now and I'm super happy with it! It feels like it's new and I see no difference between a new one. The only downside was the somewhat damaged packaging of the switch
