Amazing product my kids love how clear the screen is and that they can take it on the go or just play it on their tv

Bought this as a anniversary gift for my husband. He loved it! Very nice screen size and loved how it can connect to our TV.

Amazing!! You would have never been able to tell that it was used, other than the packaging. It came in nearly perfect condition, there were no scratches and it’s been up and running the same from when I’ve gotten it over a year ago.

Refurbished is never a bad way to go when you need more controllers an an extra screen to get game time in with your kids. Both the Switch and controllers were in great shape and perfect working conditoon, and now we can play as much Mario as the kids want

Excellent system and if you primarily play in handheld/portable mode it’s a solid upgrade from the original model for the refurbished price. The screen is vibrant and the reduced bezels are visually appealing, even if the still-720p screen is now slightly less sharp. Can’t wait to play the Breath of the Wild sequel on this.

Had this for about 3 weeks now, and it is working as it should, zero issues. Obviously, if you are getting a refurbished item, you may have a different experience than I have had, so take this with a grain of salt.

I bought this for my partner who typically enjoys ps/xbox console gaming and he loves it. I love the screen size compared to the original switch because that was his only complaint with a portable system. Being refurbished doesn't seem to bother it any. Just no fancy box.

Received my item on time and it was packaged and delivered very very well, the item didn’t look or worked like it was a refurbished item, it looked like a brand new item. Everything worked perfectly, I love it and will order again soon.

If you looking for a revolution in play, the new OLED Switch won’t be that but if you want a brighter and more visually descriptive screen a and better kickstand then you will enjoy the changes. I feel like the battery life is better than my older base model butnive had my orioginal switch since launch ao it might also be battery degradation

The console was basically new. Still had some factory sealed stuff but everything looked great. No scratches or cracks on the screen. Everything thing was clean and some minor dust but nothing serious. Worth saving the extra money for another use. 10/10

I bought this Switch to replace my day 1 v1 Switch. The new OLED screen is larger, brighter & more beautiful. The improved kickstand is 100x better than the flimsy old one. Definitely worth the extra $50 over the V2 Switch. Highly recommended.

Kid loves it, other kid has the original Nintendo Switch, this one is slightly better.

The product I received is not refurbished. At best, it’s a used return. The system I received worked great just with an almost imperceptible scratch on the screen, but the white joycons and docking station were UNBELIEVABLY dirty. They were totally discolored with dirt accumulation, oils, and—I’m not even joking—cheeto dust. It took an hour with disinfectant and a magic eraser to get it looking new again. The system itself was not reset to factory setting and had an extensive amount of save game data on it, as well as Wi-Fi connections, and saved Nintendo account information. This was a heavily used console before it was resold and was not refurbished. 2 stars because the savings were good and the peripherals in the box were all new.

We love the switch. My daughter and i fought over our one console so much that we had to buy another one. The ease of it is so simple. The directions are step by step no hassle or confusion.
