Awesome deal. Comes with everything needed to get started plus the dock for connecting to a TV. Also includes a connector for the handles to create a larger handled controller eliminating the need for a separate one. It may be on the small side for adults but works perfectly for kids.

There’s nothing wrong with it but I returned the item because the V2 switch is more than enough.

The Switch itself was good. But it came with a European power supply, which in America it doesn’t work so hot… and they Beat Buy would not exchange it, so I had to buy another one…

I bought this open box…so firstly, Best Buy delivered quality. Looks like new. The console is much brighter and feels more complete than my earlier switch.

Complete piece of junk. From the get-go, had error codes about the micro SD card whether there was one in it or not, an orange screen that wouldn’t go away eventually and the only fix was to completely force the Switch to power down by holding the power button for ten seconds, and couldn’t connect to wireless internet. However the staff at my Best Buy were very helpful and, after trying to fix it w the geek squad, they allowed me to trade it in for a regular, original, new Switch. It appears there are too many issues with the OLED.

Sucked. Controls don’t work any more and I bought this back in may. Waste of my money! The triggers are really unresponsive and buttons sometimes don’t work.

I bought two separate items. The first one, the controller was glitching. I returned it and bought another. The second one was visibly dirty and the controller flew off with no warning, it does not lock onto the tablet. Absolutely ridiculous. The "Geek Squad" certification means absolutely nothing. Do NOT waste your time, I spent a week waiting, running to return it, waiting, running to return it....

Great device, we purchased “refurbished” for my 4.5 year old (knowing that it would more than likely see a lot of wear and tear)

We were told the product we wanted was not in stock. Specifically did not want a refurbished. However, the tech ordered a refurbished for us. Returned it to the store and got one that was new out of the box.

Worked ok at first but then began having network connectivity problems after the first few week. Then continued having failed downloads for games and had a bunch of internal issues and when I made a complaint to Best Buy they told me to kick rocks and they couldn’t do anything about it. Thanks for that Best Buy.

Don’t buy this. Mine was defective. It literally broke the day after the 60 day return policy. Best Buy made my buy a 179.00 membership on order to replace if…

It's all right. Still thinking of returning it...it's kinda boring/waste of money. Still don't think the price is justified for what you get.

I am disappointed since this was supposed to be a "Certified Refurbished" unit and it turn out full of pet hair and with an ink stain on one of the controllers. This was definitely NOT looked or refurbished by anyone, just a returned product.

It's been very quiet since this came into my kids' lives. They're very happy.

Left joy con scuffed up and doesn’t go left or right. Can move up and down but can’t move left or right.

Plus only find a refurbished switch for my so. For Christmas, and thought it was better than nothing, so we tried it. It had a critical error as soon as it was turned on. Beware, as most of the reviews indicate the refurbished switch is very risky.

The unit works fine, but no charger cable. Had to buy one and so total cost is now what a brand new one would have cost. A refurb that has no charging cable should state it and the price should be lower. Next time I'll use Amazon (which had one for the same price).

I had a terrible experience with this purchase. The game was placed in a sandwich bag and shipped to me. There was no protection and had many scratches. It was delivered a couple days late. I return it 20 minutes after a received it. The local store employee would not work with us for a compensation.
