Great buy

Saving money was not worth it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm sure the switch as a platform is fine, but this one in particular was not good. I bought the refurbished unit and from the start it was trouble. The dock wouldn't work about half the time. When it did work, the image would display long horizontal lines from the edges of text and shapes on the screen, like from the home screen. That eventually went away after being on for about 10 minutes. However, it seemed I had to restart the switch every few days to keep it working. I had to reboot more frequently as time went on. Eventually, the unit stopped charging and nothing could get it going again. I returned everything and got my money back. This is a gripe about this particular unit, not the platform in general. My advice is to spend the extra money and do not buy the refurb.

Got a new one only I recommend that :)
