    DO NOT BUY FROM BESTBUY GEEK SQUAD. Sold me a broke switch and of course it broke 15 days after their return policy. Gave me the run around online and in stores. No one was helpful.

    Bought this refurbished switch and it has been great. It arrived as if it was new and it works great. I was skeptical about buying a refurbished item but now have no reservations and will do it again.

    Bought this as a gift for my friends. Was a little scared of what was coming but Got a great surprise (in a positive way) when it came! Everything was working properly and it felt as if I was buying a brand-new console. The only bad part was the box was damaged.

    Great unit. Was a little worried about it being refurbished but a few weeks in and we're golden. Unit was in great condition with no signs of wear and tear and functions well.
