I was unable to use this service due to a defective PC. However, it took several hours over 4 separate phone calls to arrange for this service call only to have it scheduled in error as a PC repair call. Massive fail on the part of Geek Squad. Best Buy has taken a once top notch service and ruined it. The tech who came out was extremely helpful and did his best to make this work.
