May we know how many devices are connected to your WiFi? In cases like this there might be an interruption between the connection of your camera and your WiFi. It also means the WiFi signal is weak, the connection was interrupted and the router not online. Basically, the Geeni smart devices are not online.There's a lot of possible reason why there's interference to your connection even though you have a strong signal. This includes but not limited to Curtain, Wall, Radio Frequency, etc. This could interrupt your connection and make your Geeni device offline. Good product but goes bad quick....

Short term solution

The installation is easy but not suitable for humid concrete walls given that is a 3m tape. I tried figuring a way to even use screws but the base had cables and was going to break it. Cable for power is short too and the app set up is not as easy as it sounds.
