Great wifi camera for the price

I use smart bulbs and plugs ,even outdoor wifi plugs for lights, from this manufacturer and they have never let me down great prices. This camera works from anywhere to keep an eye on things the camera can pan and tilt you can also talk or communicate through it . There is ability to record and store footage by adding an SD card picture quality is reasonable good I have no problem seeing clearly through it good product and good buy easy set up does require being plugged in cannot be battery operated

I bought this to keep an eye on my pup while I was away. Audio and video were decent but over time the two way stopped working. I tried troubleshooting and nothing. Now, when I use the pan and tilt its super noisy even while recording you can hear it moving. Oh and when it comes to panning you have to go in the opposite direction and that's super annoying and took some getting use to.

Definitely satisfied ! The app is easy to use and the night vision is very good. I plan on buying another Geeni camera in the future to put in another room.

If your WiFi is set to 5 GHz, you can actually change it to 2.4 GHz by accessing your Graphic User Interface (GUI). In addition, if your router is on dual band (combination of 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), they need to be separated so you can access the 2.4 GHz connection only. If you don't know how to access your GUI, we're advising you to contact your internet service provider and request to change it for you. While for dual-band routers, your service provider will separate the 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz for them to have different SSID. Camera great, but only one way sound.

The first was stationary and I had zero issues. So. I decided to upgrade and get a camera that could move and get a better view. Sadly, we couldn't get the two way audio to work. With other camera I could talk to family in loving room if they didn't have their phone on them. I can listen in but, they cannot hear me. My wife attempted to contact customer support but, the "help" they offered was to uninstall or unplug and plug back in and make sure speaker wasn't blocked. I hope ours was just a defective unit. As I have multiple other items and they have held up so far.

Great product, still some bugs though

Other than that it functions great and has really good control, I also love the app.
