The collection has over 50 titles of Sega Genesis games to pick from. For the price, that's a great value, and you can make them portable with the Switch now. It's not the first time Sega has released a collection, but, it's pretty great.

Pure Nostalgia. Grew up with a Sega CD that played both cartridges and CD games. My favorites were Sonic, Streets of Rage, and Golden Axe. A must buy for any retro collection.

If you can find this thing pick it up! Over 50 Genesis (Mega Drive) games in one cart. Most of them bangers but a handful you’ll probably not spend more that 5 minutes in. Sonic is in their. Streets of Rage 1-3? Yup. Those alone are worth it. Stay for the rest and enjoy. Also, the game selection screen is definite “Rad”! It looks like my bedroom in the early nineties. It makes me want to put in my Rude Dog sunglasses, Gecko t-shirt and pluck in a cartridge. Go get it!

Overall a solid collection of games. Some are better than others. Good value, but an incomplete Sonic collection prevents 5 stars.

I got this game at $15. At that price, it should be considered highway robbery. Comix Zone, Sonic, Altered Beast, Shining Force I+II, Kid Chameleon and more all in one package?? Plus to have this on the go with the Switch is a HUGE plus. I noticed minor screen tearing when playing Comix Zone but honestly, with emulation games its somewhat expected and it didn't take away from the overall experience. Best collection pack since the Genesis Collection on PS3/XB360.

The games look really good on the switch. I remember way back in the day playing SOR2 with my little brother. Being able to do it again in our 30’s has been really cool. We haven’t tried online yet. We want the side my side experience. So yeah if your from the 90’s and played these games. Get it again. It won’t dissapoint. My only wish is, they could totally keep adding game’s to the roster. Even if it’s DLC. But we’ll see. Also, the kids at Best Buy had no clue what I was talking about asking for this game. So order for instore pick up. The game wasn’t even out on the shelf instore. Nor even in the cage.

If you are a fan of the Sega Genesis, this game includes the classics-Sonic, Streets of Rage, and Golden Axe. Even young people and adults who have never seen these games before have a blast with them because they are so easy to pickup and play. Most games only need one or two buttons, so the learning curve is very easy. There aren't 56 buttons like on modern controllers that make modern games very difficult to learn for the novice. Bah humbug!

This is just a collection of 90s old console games. I grew up on these games so this purchase was the equivalent of purchasing a "Genesis Classic" so to speak. Toe Jam and Earl, Altered Beast, and Golden Axe just to name a few. Altered Beast and Golden Axe were two games I spent way too many quatres on in the Arcades. I use these games to show my son what games with great level design actually looked like before everyone started worrying about graphics. I dropped a star because the original Phantasy Star isn't included its available for purchase separately.

This is a wonderful little collection of Genesis hits that has been released previously on other platforms. There are several notable titles missing from the Switch version (including all of the Wonder Boy games), but the portability makes up for it. I haven't had the button lag issues others have mentioned, but I also play in handheld mode with the joycon d-pad (well, d-pad buttons). Everything responds exactly as I remember from the originals.

It was awesome to have the option the bring the nostalgia of Sega to Nintendo switch and introducing retro games to my kids. The intro to the video game represents a total 90s experience which was awesome feature. Graphics are about what you would get from the original Sega but still fun to indulge in the classics.
