The trend of mini retro consoles may be waning, but this one doesn’t disappoint if you ever owned a Sega Genesis. In fact, my kids, who never played my Sega, love it as well! The loaded games are some of the greatest, and it’s great to see them on an HD screen!

I bought this for the nostalgia. It is built well and is cool if you are old like me.

The UI is great, you can sort by title, release date, # of players etc. You can save progress instead of being forced to play through like the cartridges. The wire on the 1st party remote is sufficiently long, longer than 3rd party remotes w/ the 6 button layout.

Ok ok. I didn't really play the one I bought. I tried out the system a work a couple times. Has a good a amount of games. I couldn't justify the $80 price though, especially since there's an online Sega classic collection with many of the same games for less than half the price. Would be a good collectors item at a cheaper price.

I purchased this for myself after waiting to see if it was worth it. I purchased it for one game "Dr. Robotniks mean bean machine." I have played it all the time. This brings back so many memories. Comes with two remotes which is perfect to play with multiple people

I live these mini systems. They’re easy to pack if you’re traveling. You don’t have to blow in the games before you put them in. They just work. I like the layout of how the games are displayed. I’m an OG gamer so I had to have one.

It brought back so many memories playing as a kid. Great to pass time during Covid

Plays just like the old sega genesis, which is a good thing. If you want great graphics buy a xbox one, but if you want to relive your childhood, this is it. Best of all no cartridges to mess with or get lost. My kids love it, for a little while at a time anyways.

Plays like the old console. Most of these titles are already available on other consoles either as DLC or standalone compilations. This is about as authentic experience you get using Sega's own controllers outside of emulation. What they could easily have done on this device or as add-on accessories is have a mini Sega CD and mini 32X attachments and allow fans to have access to their libraries too.

This system brings back a flood of memories from when I was growing up. And from what I can remember is that the game play hasn’t changed. It’s easy to set up and use. It has a lot of the classic games (I know it doesn’t have them all), but it’s a lot of fun

Bought for my son who is 9 and his review below... 1. Graphics are good. 2. Love unlimited games But Sometimes the picture gets a little Pixely But over it's a good video game.!!!!

The person I bought it for said he loves it and its very nostalgic. The only gripe is the cord for the controllers are short so you have to be up close to the tv. You'll probably want to invest in a long hdmi cord if you own a large screen tv.

This little game is a joy to have. It is almost as good as the original.

The price of this item is SO expensive for what it is. I'll admit, it's really cute and it plays games perfectly just like the original system did but I don't think the value is there for the price. Wait until it goes on sale.
