    Good for getting regular workouts in without overthinking. Plans allow structure and organization of a routine but flexibility is poor (no way to easily move, skip, or reschedule sessions or “stacks” as they’re called). Thumbs up for a variety of content and regularly updated features. Not as ideal for strength users or those who need more rigorous routines that actually build muscle.
