A: Go to your Setting on your Apple iPhone. Inside settings, Click on the top most Item which shows your picture and your apple id. This should take you to your APPLE ID setting, from there open Subscriptions and you will see all the subscriptions that you have. Click on Apple Fitness+ and cancel trial.
