    Helped me actually start a daily routine with consistency. Very much recommend it too someone who wants too start. I did notice slight repetitiveness in workouts but that’s my only flaw.

    If you previously have Apple fitness, it absolutely won’t work. It’s for new subscribers or return subscribers. Don’t want to create a new account just to use The services.
