I have always been too insecure to go to the gym. Being able to listen to much, connect to my big screen, and do the exercise and palates and everything in my own living room.

Great for a busy life & post birth

She just started using this for the past week and it was a great motivator for her to start working out and staying fit. It also has a section for post birth moms. It’s nice too since it has timed workouts since her day revolves around our little guy, this is easy to be able to find time to stay active a little! One thing I wish it had more options to stream to a TV, you either have to have a Apple TV or a roku. You cannot chrome cast or use anything else. We are currently thinking about keeping the membership!
