    Apple fitness was not something I was really into however, there were some features that were clever, and I did appreciate, including the sleep program, heart rate, and oxygen levels

    It helps keep track of your a utilities and motivates you to start a healthier life but, it won’t keep track unless you activate it. I can forget to activate it and go on full hikes, at the end I want to see the progress and oops it did read anything because it wasn’t active.
