    I like this it keep up with you so if your sitting to long it will alert you and tell you that it is time to stand, same with if you standing in one spot it will tell you that you need to start moving around.

    Who doesn't want free fitness tracking for 4mo? This is a good preview of the service. In the end, I had to cancel but it was a good trial.
