    I like how Fitness Plus preserved a thorough record of all my previous classes, including the duration of my workouts, the number of calories I burned while exercising, my heart rate chart, and other circumstances specific to the location of my activities. Additionally, a Burn Bar function compares your calorie burn to that of other users who participated in the same class. This metric is optional if you don't want a layer of competition. It also doesn't apply to sessions like Mindful Cooldown, where the objective is to find namaste rather than work up a sweat.
