This is great for the unmotivated. Rewards structure and small, incremental milestones help people like me. I love the videos and audio. This actually makes me want to get off my recliner! Love how I use it with my Apple Watch.

This really came in handy because I would’ve never thought to use it on my own but now I don’t think I can live without it now I’ve tried it!! They knew what they was doing because it works

The product is kinda a limited one with some good features but also with a lack of other common ones.

It has made workout a lot easier. It tracks my workout time, heart rate (with apple watch) and provides workout videos to make working out fun and less stressful.
