Watch showed up with a dead battery

Luckily because it’s new it still falls under warranty and they were able to fix it for me.

Disappointed couldn't get free apple fitness

I called best buy and spoke with the downloads department for customer care and they told me this and then told me to call apple to inquire, nothing further they could do.
