Every time I get close to it expiring, I tend to buy a new device that comes with several months free. Believe me when I say I have never once noticed a positive nor negative effect of my life, it could literally not be there and I wouldn’t notice. Just saying.

Poor Customer Service by manager

When I get there they said the manager says looks like we sold it, but I showed proof of purchase and time stamp. So they canceled my order while she was using my phone and asked me if I wanted to purchase a new pair with the price now hire. Nasty customer service at the store visited.

I have not got my package yet do not ever ever use. FedEx. Don’t need to find somebody else to use this supposed to be Christmas gift. I have not got it yet. This is ridiculous. Don’t need to find somebody else to live your products that you can trust. i’m only given a one star cause a FedEx is not deliver on my package on time.

Horribly packaged

It was literally thrown in a ripped plastic bag loose!! I know it was refurbished, but it could’ve easily been damaged when opening it as the bag had a hole and it was just thrown in. I expected a box! This was a gift and looked just awful. Never again.

Broken Apple Watch

This is the first time I have had a problem!!! I thought Best Buy would be more correct with buyers.
