My old Apple Watch was no longer holding its charge for a full day and needed to be replaced, but I didn't have a lot of money lying around. I found this offer on Best Buy for an Open Box Apple Watch at a discounted price. A further discount was available if I traded in my old watch. I have always bought new, but figured I had nothing to lose. The watch was delivered on time and looked and worked just like new. I followed the instructions and sent in my old one and, about a week later, I got a confirmation from Best Buy that they would refund me the cost of my trade-in. Easy-peasy! I'm really happy with the watch (I need it for work) and the trade-in process. I highly recommend it!

It is clean & sleek! I love the band that was optional to select. Only problem I had, which was not the watch I think (probably the case) is entering passcode. It doesn’t take the number you press. Overall, size, comfort and the watch itself is great

This is my third Apple Watch and my favorite. I wanted the Ultra but couldn’t swing the price tag. This open-box deal was a perfect compromise. I LOVE the extended battery life - it allows me to keep my watch on overnight and track my sleep. The slightly bigger screen is nice too. Overall very satisfied with this purchase.
