Essential if you're into fitness/health

Paired with an Apple Watch I find this app to be essential. I use it to track my runs, I plan my workout routines. The features are great and I love how insightful it is. Keeps me on top of my health and fitness

Good Condition

I may return it and purchase a new one instead. I would recommend this refurbished option only for those on a tight budget. Otherwise, buying new is the better choice since the savings are not even half of the original price.

Better than a nagging coach (or spouse)!

My watch and iPhone always bug me to stay active, and I need it. I don't know that you'd need a trainer, if you "obey" Apple's proddings. As always, I don't use a fraction of what's available, but I appreciate that everything is ready, if I want to try something new.

So worth it!

It tracks all your movement and reminds you to move when it notices no movement in awhile. Having this feature has really motivated me to exercise on a daily and be more active.

Work Out At Home

It’s much cheaper than a gym membership and i can work out from the comfort of my own home. Little difficult at times when the cats keep trying to get in on the action.
