Core & Strength Apple Fitness + best !!!

Group workouts workouts for pregnancy audio guided workouts head workouts guided meditation. Strength and core were my favorite workouts that I benefit from the apple fitness + app.

It’s cool to see your progress on the Tv as you workout. Definitely a plus if you are in the Apple Eco system
