If you have never played this game, I would highly recommend it. The graphics of the game are absolutely stunning. The game play is fun but also has enough of a challenge to keep you interested. The story keeps you engaged as well as the side quests. The DLC is great too.

I have the original Ghost Of Tsushima game and have the Platinum trophy for it, the story telling in the game is off the charts along with the gameplay and fighting mechanics etc……the Director’s Cut Edition expands on the gameplay and fighting mechanics to whole different level not seen in the original game, it focuses on Iki Island which is located southeast of Tsushima. There’s a new enemy that Jin has to deal who’s trying to take over the island, also Jin finds out who the specific person was that killed his father (you’ll find out who when you play the game). There’s new armors, new charms, new fighting techniques and new alliances that’ll be made and much more that Jin will use in his aid to save Iki Island. If your a fan of the original Ghost Of Tsushima game then your gonna love the Directors Cut Edition, to access the Iki island expansion you must complete Act 1 again from your new game plus and once you do Iki Island will unlock.

I haven't been allowed to play this yet as my wife commandeered it as soon as she saw the intro. She LOVES it and says it is one of the best open-world games she has ever played. Such a beautiful game with amazing story. This is an absolute must-buy.

This is an amazing open-world game based in Feudal Japan. The story is amazing, and the battle system is great. It has a blend of stealth attacks, as well as going into head to head battles. This is a must play for anyone that loves exploring maps and doing lots of side quests.

Bought the game for my son and he was instantly hooked. He enjoyed the beautiful cinematics and and great story line.

For someone who no longer plays video games much often, this had me hooked. Instantly logged in over 60 hrs in a matter of weeks. Awesome gameplay and storyline.

A masterpiece that I decided to play again in the new generation, its history, its graphic design make you enter the story.

I'll start by saying this was a double-dip from a PS4 version, which ran beautifully and I didn't think much could be improved upon. However, the graphic upscaling and refresh rate changes on PS5 really enhance this game to the next level. As an added bonus you get bonus add on content and the additional DLC for Iki island. You can upgrade your base game separately if you purchased the base game, and cross play from PS4 to PS5, so you can probably save some cash and upgrade your existing game if you purchased the game day one. Overall this game offers plenty in the base game, I haven't even scratched the DLC surface, it's easy to hop in and explore for several hours and admire the boosted graphics and scenery.

This game is absolutely incredible. I’ve been gaming for a while and I gotta say this is one of the greatest games I’ve ever played. The story is amazing, graphics are absolutely stunning, and the gameplay is a ton of fun. Sucks I’m so late to playing this. After playing Horizon Forbidden West, another incredible game, I gotta say I’d pick Ghost of Tsushima over it. If this game were $100, I’d get it. Luckily, it’s been $30 which is one of the best deals ever.

I’m so glad they released a directors cut version of this and on the ps5. One of my better game purchases for sure. This game looks amazing on the ps5, feels amazing, and the story is super cool.

I LOVE this game. 80 hours in and I can say I have finished most of the tasks. DLC is amazing and included with the Director's Cut. Combat is great and immersive, as well as challenging if you play on hardest difficulty as you can die with one hit. BEAUTIFUL game in every aspect. The art direction and environment are breathtaking, and I found myself stopping so often just to admire the beauty of the game. Great game to play if you have an 4k HDR tv. On OLED it looks even better.
