This game is worth it alone because of the visuals. The gameplay is great and I recommend doing all the side quests to get through the story.

This game is very fun, imagine you are in a kurosawa movie. Hack up the mongol invaders and save your homeland! One minor thing that bothered me though, is that the lipsync is only for the english dialogue. If you're a weeb like me you'll probably want to hear the (excellent) japanese voice actors, but unfortunately the lipsync was only done for the english voices and that was too distracting for me to keep on. Not that the english voice acting is bad, its just not what I want in a game that bills a "kurosawa" cinematic filter.
