Tried So Hard to Love This Monitor...

I ignored the fact that I had to disconnect the DP every time I restarted my machine to get it to connect and.. 3 days after I got it, dead pixels started.

I returned it, got a replacement, and less than a month later it's doing the same thing. Absolute garbage, don't buy this brand.

Came with an opened box and reversed placed foams

All these evidences convinced me the screen was touched by someone else after manufacturing. I am not sure if it was returned by other customers or if the shipper opened for some reason. Since monitors are fragile items so no customer accepts an used one. Can Bestbuy or manufacturer give me an explanation?

Kept saying it was delayed and the date was pushed back twice. When it did arrive I went to pick up what I could tell was an opened box but since I waited so long I gave it a shot. I think this was somebodies returned monitor because the screen had a HUGE defect in it. I did take it right back to the store but what a big let down :(

Menu wouldn't show up, but my PC could still read that it was there. Tried to return it but I wasn't allowed to because I didn't buy the protection plan. Some things are too good to be true.

Stay Away

Screen constantly flickers and turns off with no warning. Sound does the same and continues to not work after the monitor comes back on. Need to shut if off for an extended period of time in order to get the audio back working and only works 30% of the time.
