Defective with a clunky UI
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item has a glitchy UI. The control joystick does not always work (Known issue). The LED power indicator cannot be turned off, it is extremely bright at night. Panel is flickering and has a major defect in the display that appeared about 20 days in. I am a few days past the 14 day return window. I only spent a little over 1k in 3 months at best buy, it was not enough to qualify for a 30 day return window, which requires 1.5k in yearly purchases. This panel was in high demand and I was on a waiting list for weeks. I receive it, and it is defective. Best buy will not assist me. I will no longer purchase any further products from this company.

Fantastic Monitor - so glad I purchased one!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is an amazing monitor for the price! I upgraded from a 1920 x 1080 and this is such an improvement. The colors are very vibrant. Display is crisp. I love the curve. For gaming it is amazing and also works well with work apps like Excel and Word. Excel took a day to get used to but after a few hours the curve seems natural. I only made a few very minor tweaks to the display settings that were factory default. One little joystick to use to do this on the back of the monitor. Easy to exit out when trying to make changes until you get a feel for what you are doing. Not taking anything off for this since it is not a bad interface, just takes some practice to do it quickly, and really once you get it set most of us are not likely to change these settings very often. I can't comment on hitting the 144hz as I am upgrading my gpu which will allow me to switch to a dp cable. RTX 3070 should arrive in a week or so, once i add that I will try out G-sync compatibility mode and see how this monitor does in this this mode. I can say I have had no ghosting or flicker. Everything is just amazing to play or watch. Tilt and up/down adjustment works well. Can add a VESA mount if you want although it is a good sturdy stand. The speakers are meh but I didn't expect them to be anything great. Most monitor speakers are on the weak side. Final judgement is if you want a 3440 screen this is a great purchase. I wish my desk would fit two of these!

Excellent Value and Pearformance!
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this monitor for about 3 months now as my main monitor. Colors are great, the 144hz refresh rate is excellent for gaming, and the ultrawide aspect ratio is as immersive as ever. I had an Alienware 34" ultrawide a few years back that cost around $1000, and this $400 monitor gives it a run for its money with an even higher refresh rate (144hz vs 120hz). I have no complaints for the price I got it at, and would recommend it to anyone interested in ultrawide gaming/productivity.

Amazing monitor, buy if you can find it in-stock
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first ultrawide and I absolutely love it. If you find it in stock, buy it immediately! This monitor exceeds all my expectations, great colors, fast response time (with speed overdrive setting enabled), minimal ghosting, high refresh rate and the list just keeps going on. I'm using this monitor with my MSI GS66 (RTX 2070 Max-Q) and gaming at 1440p has been a breeze on games like Call of Duty; Cold War and Warzone. I don't think I can go back to my old 1080p monitors now...

Wanted 144hz and got a lot more
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a 6800xt and had a Dell 34" that ran at 60hz. After spending 1100 on a gpu, I did not have money for a new monitor but I needed a monitor faster than 60. I read reviews on the Gigabyte and went with it. I am beyond happy. I love the color and the 144hz helps a lot. My last monitor was 1800r and you could barely tell it was curved. With this being 1500r, you can tell. I have read where people say it is hard to use productivity apps with the curve. I do not find an issue with this. I use this all day for work and game at night. If you need to spend under 500 like I did, I'd get this.

Excellent budget Ultra Wide Monitor
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.for the price this is hard to beat, the time I have had this monitor I have not experienced the backlighting issue that some have had, refresh rate is great, HDR isn't the best I've seen but for the price it isn't bad, movies still look great on this. Even without an extra monitor you have plenty of space to have multiple windows open. This is one of the best monitors I have used and you probably wont beat it with monitors around the same price point.

Nice display
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.5 stars for the price and what it is. Only complaints would be light bleed in dark environments. Fairly sure I will be able to reduce that issue with settings over time. Menu system is very diverse, but a pain to navigate. Other than that, she's quite wicked. Great colors, the Res is really excellent, monitor stand is well designed, and the size is perfect. the 144hz wasn't something I cared about, but it does feel really good.

Fantastic Monitor! So much fun to game on!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is really great! It's friggin huge and completely takes over my desk but I've managed to get a pretty nice setup with it that I'm happy with. The ultrawide screen kind of envelopes you and makes first/third person games more immersive. Space sims especially look amazing. The only games that struggle are MOBA's like League of Legends. Your mouse just has so much more screen to travel. The picture quality is really solid and I haven't had and frame issues. I did need to play around with the screen settings quite a bit to get them where I wanted them though. Whatever settings I had at the start resulted in games going near pitch black during a night cycle. I've got a 1070 in my rig and it hasn't struggled at all with playing most games on the highest graphics settings. I don't play too many of the most beautiful games though so idk how it would hold up against those. Probably the most graphically intense game I play is Star Citizen and that game struggled to play nice with even my old 1080p monitor. All in all it's a beautiful and massive monitor at a pretty darn fantastic price. I wouldn't recommend getting anything less than a 2k monitor at this size or larger. Also I can't really imagine getting a monitor that's much bigger than this, it just wouldn't fit anywhere. If you're looking for an upgrade, I'd start here.

Curvy beauty
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Although i dont use the stand, i wish i did. It has a really nice feel. Great VA panel and cod fps is sexy. Would recommed this monitor to anyone who wants a curved monitor. Priced really well. Like you would expect, speakers are not quality. I also dont like the joystick to control the monitor. Works fine. Just not my cup of tea.

You can't beat the value for this monitor.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has to be the best deal out there for an ultrawide monitor. If you've never tried ultrawide, you're missing out. The extra screen space is amazing for productivity. And if you're a PC gamer, it's hard to find anything more immersive. I can't really comment on panel quality or color quality since I'm not well-versed in either of those concepts, but I personally don't have any complaints about the quality of the display or build. I've mostly been impressed with this thing since I bought it. My only minor complaint is there seems to be a faint buzzing sound coming from it. I don't notice it all the time, only random times when my ears feel extra sensitive or something and the room is completely silent otherwise. I only wish gaming consoles had ultrawide support. If you want to use this thing with a console, you'll have to deal with a stretched image or with black bars on each side. It's doable but a bit disappointing. Anyway, this has to be one of my favorite technology purchases I've ever made.

Get it. You won't be disappointed.
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome contrast, great colors. G-Sync works perfectly for me so far. Haven't experienced any flicker yet that I've read. I found two dead pixels though, but don't notice it in regular use. The 144hz is amazing paired with G-Sync. What you get for the price gives this an amazing value for your money.

I've been pretty happy with it!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have loved this Monitor. My favorite part about it is the price point and what you get at this price point. I just can't wait for more games to become ultrawide. I originally bought this monitor working from home and wanted more screen real estate and that part is amazing and when you're browsing the web it's like a whole new experience! Being able to snap two different things to either side of the screen and not have to sacrifice much of the size of those windows is great. The 144hz refresh rate has been awesome. I have experienced some things in HDR which is also quite nice. It's almost bezel-less but it does have some minor like interior "bezels" but they are almost unnoticeable. I do enjoy gaming on it with the games that support Ultra-wide, I just can't wait for more games to support it. I'm thinking about getting a second one!

High end feature packed monitor for low price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Monitor looks very nice, but does require some tuning out of the box. After all the settings are adjusted, the blacks are super darks and whites are bright, and colors pop very nicely. One thing I didn't like is the large stand which also lacks swivel adjustment, a monitor arm would help rid this issue. Overall amazing monitor for the price and definitely recommended.

Wide eyed and bushy tailed
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does a fantastic job in multitasking and gaming. Just make sure your switched to "aspect" ratio in settings. Many people stretch out the screen by thinking "full" mode is the correct setting. You want to always match your PC settings to the monitor, and Gabe settings for that matter. I was original interested the super ultra wide 49 in screen by Samsung. But grabbed this instead. Glad I did. I read that a lot of games didn't support it looked awkward in the super ultra wide I hadn't thought about it, but apparently when the screens get wider they lose height. This means you lose your up and down perspective while having a great 100 degree view. 32 in ultra seems the be sweet spot. This is just information I have found online. I also have had a similarly great experience gaming with this screen.

Definition of amazing value
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In some ways this monitor doesn't seem like it should be possible for the price. Adjustable stand, looks great, easy to use controls, vivid display, very bright, 144hz, ultra wide. No USB hub, but I find that more than acceptable for the price. The speakers are terrible but if you had to hear something, they do function. Even the HDR is not 100% useless (slightly above that, which for HDR400 is pretty good praise). I find the text to be quite clear on this monitor. I came from a more expensive Dell ultra wide IPS and find this panel to look great. Viewing angles I cannot notice a meaningful difference from the IPS. I can see everything fine while sitting in front of the monitor. I looked around at monitors up to $600 and couldn't find anything better than this one.

Great value but arrived with 2 stuck pixels
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This monitor is a steal for 399, it really makes me wonder how other brands can charge so much for their Ultrawides. I dont notice any ghosting which is a problem for VA panels but I prefer the image this throws compared to my last LG38wn95c which had really weak contrast for such an expensive display. That being said, it's great where it counts but you can see they only focused on the basics for this monitor to keep the price down. The joystick works ok but would be much butter on the bottom of the monitor and the menu UI is pretty bad but how often do you really need that? I will likely reach out to best buy on the stuck pixels, its pretty hard to notice and hoping that theyll eventually go away. Backlight bleed is minimal but there , I have yet to see a curve screen handle this perfectly.

Some QC concerns, but a great value
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If I could just knock off 1/2 star, that what I would do, but the only blemish I really have on this screen is a dark spot just a couple inches left of center, but only noticeable if the screen is near a solid mid-grey. With normal gaming and video content, the screen looks perfect. You can lookup settings for this monitor from rting.com's review of this monitor to improve color accuracy if you care about that. If you need perfect color accuracy, well, this probably isn't the monitor for you. QC looks to be a concern on this model, so your results may vary. If you want a 34" ultra-wide 1440p 144Hz gaming monitor that can display 21/9 4k movies edge-to-edge on the full screen, then this is a great choice. Add in perhaps the lowest price in it class makes this an excellent value. Not the monitor's fault, but do keep in mind the downsides of using a 21/9 aspect ratio screen: - Normal widescreen content will be displayed with ~ 4" letterboxing on each side. Such content will display with about the same size as a 27" widescreen display. - Some games have problems with this aspect ratio, such as having problems display UI elements, or displaying a narrowed view rather than the expected showing more at the edges. (As an example, Biomutant seems to have problems with this, where in dialog scenes, your character would be placed almost off the the bottom left of the screen) - Some games have cut scenes that were composed with 16/9 format in mind, so those cut scenes will be letterboxed on the sides (Horizon Zero Dawn does this, though the gameplay uses the full screen) - Some streaming services (*cough* Disney+ *cough*) letterbox their 21/9 content for 16/9 displays, so they end up showing with 4" letterboxing on each side and 2" letterboxing top and bottom! Unfortunately, this requires convincing these services to stop doing this. Fortunately, some streaming services like Netflix and Youtube will display 16/9 content properly at full screen on this monitor. 16/9 4k content on this screen is glorious.
